You can also add items to your Watch List, but you'll have to take out your smartphone to make any purchases. With eBay, Pebble users can access eBay Feeds and view product images, price and other information directly from their watchface. In addition to launching the appstore for Android, Pebble also announced three new partner apps for the smartwatch today: eBay, Evernote and Time Warner Cable. Users who already have the Pebble app installed will have to update it to get access to the store, and the app will work on both the original Pebble watch and the new Pebble Steel.
Integrating seamlessly into the existing Pebble app, the appstore was added to the iOS app in February and is now open to Android users. Evernote is doing some thinning on its software offerings as the company announced that early next year the company is going to discontinue Evernote for Pebble, every version of Skitch except for the OS X app and its Clearly web extension. Pebble's finally launched its official appstore so you can have a one-stop-shop for all the programs you want to install. I used Evernote for a while but abandoned it for Apples Notes, which is totally fine but its a bummer you cant save to or access them from the watch. If you love the many watchfaces and apps you can get for the Pebble smartwatch but hate having to search high and low for them, there's good news for you.
